The condensate discharged by a lubricated air compressor contains a significant quantity of oil and solid particles that, if not properly removed, will seriously pollute the environment. This mixture is classified as hazardous waste that cannot be discharged into municipal sewage systems unless the oil and contaminants are removed. Ecotron filters do just that.

Rotary Screw Compressor Systems

DV Systems makes an upgrade to an existing piston system very easy with our new "C", "G" and "SC" series of 7.5 - 50 HP rotary screw compressors. You can utilize your existing piston compressor and make it part of an energy efficient compressed air system. All rotary compressors are available in stand-alone base, tank mounted or package configurations - complete with air receiver, dryer and air filters.

Built using the latest developments in compressor technology our compressors are very quiet and extremely reliable. These machines come equipped with our NEW CSC200 microprocessor controller and an easy to use LCD display.

NEW! Energy-Saving DVS (DEVAIR VARIABLE SPEED) models of all models are also available.

NEW! Energy-Saving DVS (DEVAIR VARIABLE SPEED) models of all G-series and SC 40 and 50 HP are available. DVS module constantly matches the energy use with air demand, as your air consumption rate changes, DVS will smoothly adjust the motor speed to maximize energy efficiency. The motor and variable speed module are matched to provide optimum performance and reliability at all times.
